Renew Ninja was born from personal pain. As a solo developer, I forgot to renew several valuable domains that were subsequently purchased during the grace period. Later, while working at a financial institution, an expired SSL certificate led to a catastrophic service outage that cost the company over $2 million in just 48 hours. These experiences made it clear: the current approach to managing renewals is broken and the consequences can be devastating.
